At The Handcrafted Card Company we produce every item of stationery you might need for your wedding from 'Save the Date' cards, invitations, Orders of Service/Ceremony, menus, place cards through to your Table Plan, Guest Books and Thank you cards. We offer the same high quality service to our corporate clients so you can be confident your event's stationery and seating plan needs are in excellent hands.
The following information makes the assumption that Invitations and Orders of Service/Ceremony are already in hand. It focuses on the accessories immediately relevant to your Table Plan.
Numbered Table Plan
If you choose to have a Numbered Table Plan you may find that your venue can provide complimentary table numbers that are to your liking.
If this is the case the only other stationery you will require will be:
• Place Cards and possibly menus
If the venue does not provide Table Numbers you will require:
• Place Cards and possibly menus
• Table Number Cards
Our Table Number Cards are double sided cards designed to go into table clips or stand freely, 'tent' style, on the table. The numbers will be printed to co-ordinate with your stationery.
It is perfectly acceptable to simply guide your guests to their table without providing place cards so they can choose where to sit. Only you can decide if this is suitable for your occasion.
Place Cards We produce beautiful place cards, leaving them blank for you to write or printing them (if requested) in coordinating fonts, with your guests' names.
We have three options to consider, please see below:
Option A - Fabulous quality boards simply printed with the names of the guests in coordinating fonts.
Option B - Fabulous quality boards printed with the names of the guests in coordinating fonts embellished with a single Swarovski crystal.
Option C - Fabulous quality boards printed with the names of the guests in coordinating fonts with wonderful embellishments to link directly into the theme of your wedding. Embellishments range from hand-tied bows, handmade hearts, handmade roses, stunning 'diamante' or 'diamante and pearl' embellishments, the list is almost endless.
Menus - If at least 4-6 weeks notice is given we are happy to produce coordinating menus. Proofing will be done via email.
Named Table Plan
A Named Table Plan will require accompanying:
• Table Name Cards
• Place cards and possibly menus
Our Table Name Cards are double sided cards designed to go into table clips or stand freely, 'tent' style, on the table.
Naming your tables is a brilliant way of incorporating, into your wedding or event, a theme that is special to you e.g. holiday destinations, hobbies, pieces of music, favourite authors, - any thing is possible!
Once you have decided your Table Card, Menu and Place Card needs, you may still need to source favour bags, favour boxes, table scatter decorations, Swarovski table crystals, ribbon and other venue dressing accessories. If you missed us first time around
If you missed us first time around and have only just discovered that your stationer does not produce Table Plans we can help. All the co-coordinating stationery listed above can be provided by us even if your theme has been established via your other stationer.
We would produce, for you, a stunning table plan and a beautiful collection of coordinating stationery that compliment your theme without infringing any third party copyright.
